Text Properties allows you to edit how text fields are displayed in your design. First select a text field or multiple text fields and then use one of the following tools to apply changes to it:
Font Family: Change the type of font used.
Font Size: Change the text font size.
Bold: Toggle whether text is bold.
Italic: Toggle whether text is italics.
Underline: Toggle whether text is underlined.
Left Align: Make text left justified.
Center Align: Make text center justified.
Right Align: Make text right justified.
Color: Change the text color.
Image Properties allows you to edit how images are displayed in your design. First select an image and then use one of the following tools to apply changes to it:
Change Image: Clicking this button will open the upload image panel and allow you to replace the current image with a new image.
Recrop Image: Clicking this button will open up the crop panel with the selected image inside. You can recrop your image and apply the changes.
Rules allows you to specify where asset will be shown.
Overlay: This tool is only available if you are creating a new template. It allows you to bring an image to the front of all other assets and lock its position. It is background's opposite.
Preview: Checking this will prevent selected assets from displaying on the artboard.
Render: Checking this will make selected assets invisible in the final rendering.
Snapshot: Checking this will make selected assets invisible in the snapshot.
The Position panel allows you to fine-tune the placement of assets on the artboard. First drag an asset close to where you want it. If you need to place the asset in an exact location, use this panel to make those changes. You are able to move, rotate, and scale an asset precisely how you want.
X: Place the selected asset(s) horizontally.
Y: Place the selected asset(s) vertically.
Scale X: Set the width of the selected asset(s) using scale.
Scale Y: Set the height of the selected asset(s) using scale.
Rotation: Rotate the selected asset(s) to a given number in degrees.
To Front: Bring the selected asset(s) in front of all other assets.
To Back: Bring the selected asset(s) behind all other assets.
We allow you to pull images from a number of locations. Here are descriptions of each:
My Computer: Upload an image from your computer's hard drive.
Shapes: Add custom shape.
My Images: Reuse an image previously uploaded.
Background Color: Use custom background color.
Facebook: Pull an image from your Facebook account.
Instagram: Pull an image from your Instagram account.
Help: Crop Position & Size
Fine-tune the size and placement of your crop. You can also choose No Crop to use the image as is.
X: Move the left edge of the crop to given value.
Y: Move the top edge of the crop to given value.
Width: Set the crop width to given value.
Height: Set the crop height to given value.
Constrained: Use this option when replacing/re-cropping image if you want the new image to fit into the stage size of the previous one.
Help: Crop Size Ratio
Use preset sizes to quickly apply a crop. For example, you can apply a 1:1 crop to create a square crop. Click on Lock Ratio to keep it a square and then you can scale as desired.
Presets: Apply a preset crop with given ratio.
Ratio: Apply a custom crop with given ratio.
Lock Ratio: Lock the aspect ratio so you can free scale the crop without affecting the aspect ratio.
Use custom image filters to quickly apply some effects to your image.
